FAQs
Q: How did you develop the DRIVE™ (Dare to Realize your Incredible Value and Excellence) program?
A: I developed the DRIVE™ program after years of research, both in books and through life experience. For the past several years, I have studied positive, effective ways that youth and young adults can stay on the right track to making better choices. I’ve found that having specific goals set in ones life can lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. Additionally, a lot of the DRIVE™ program is based on personal experience. Through this program, you will learn universal tools I needed and used to get me to where I am today.
Q: We have a limited budget for you to come speak to our school or organization. How can we bring you to our school or event?
A: Well, the great news is there are numerous ways to make this happen. You can have a business or corporation in your area sponsor the event or my specific speaking time, use grant funds that are available specifically for this type of student development, you can join together with other schools in your town, city or county – allowing you to pool the funds together. If none of the above works for your school or organization, please feel free to contact, No Bull Media Group at (601) 605-9977. I’ll be happy to discuss other possible options to get me there!
Q: How did you get started speaking to audiences?
A: I’ve been speaking to audiences for nearly ten years. I actually fell into it during my college years. During that time, a wonderful coach on the college faculty felt I had a story to tell. He encouraged me to share it with others on the campus. By doing that, I discovered a love for public speaking. Upon my college graduation, my various employment opportunities allowed me to nurture that love for talking to others in the group setting.
Q: When you come to speak at our event, who pays for the travel expenses?
A: When you book me for an event, the fee that I charge includes all of my travel expenses, too. I have found that this eliminates a lot of confusion and makes everything on the financial end go a lot smoother.
Q: What types of events do you typically speak at?
A: I like to speak at a wide variety of events. This can be middle school assemblies, high schools assemblies, colleges, universities, faith-based retreats, leadership workshops, educator conferences or anywhere a group of youth or young adults might be gathered.
Q: How long do you typically talk to groups?
A: The time frame can be adjusted to fit your event needs in most cases. I am available to make the keynote address, do individual breakout sessions as part of a workshop or conduct a workshop of my own. Give me a call and we’ll discuss what works best for you.
